Every piece featured by Vinteh̄g Atelier is handcrafted by master artisans using traditional techniques including hand-weaving, block printing, hand embroidery, and artisanal metalsmithing.

Subtle variations in weave structure, dye batch tone, embroidery tension, or metal patina are natural hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship and individual creation rather than manufacturing defects.

We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, display settings and screen calibrations may cause minor visual variances.

All prices displayed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly indicated otherwise for international shipments.

We reserve the right to modify prices, update catalog offerings, or correct inadvertent typographical/pricing errors at any time prior to order dispatch.

An order constitutes an offer to purchase a piece. Orders are subject to validation, payment approval, and inventory availability.

In the rare event of inventory stock discrepancies, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized activity, Vinteh̄g Atelier reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

All content published on this website — including brand trademarks, logos, high-resolution imagery, editorial texts, lookbook layouts, and software code — is the exclusive property of Vinteh̄g Atelier and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any site assets without prior written authorization from Vinteh̄g Atelier is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vinteh̄g Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of site usage or product purchases.

Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for that specific item.

Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi / Mumbai, India.
