Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a 100% full refund to your original payment method. After 24 hours, the order enters customized preparation and dispatch, and cannot be cancelled.

Return or size exchange requests must be initiated within 2–7 days of parcel delivery by emailing care@vinteg.in with your Order ID and reason for request.

We offer one complimentary size exchange per product for the same design, subject to stock availability. If your required size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:
• The piece must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and free of stains or perfume scents.
• All original brand tags, security tags, dust bags, and garment packaging must remain intact.
• A continuous, uncut unboxing video recorded from initial package opening to inspection is mandatory for claims regarding transit damage, missing items, or manufacturing defects.

• Jewellery: Due to hygiene and handcrafted intricacy, jewellery items are not eligible for size exchange or cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as vi•n•teh•g Store Credit valid for 6 months across our entire store.
• Customized & Altered Garments: Any custom-stitched, altered, or personalized pieces are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Sale & Promotional Purchases: Pieces purchased during festive sales, seasonal clearances, or special promotions are final sale.

• Garment Inspection: Once your returned piece arrives at our studio, our quality team inspects it within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation upon approval.
• Payout Timeline: Approved refunds are processed directly back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval (banking settlement times may add 2–5 days).
