Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship atelier pieces are carefully inspected, packaged in custom presentation boxes, and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

Bespoke, handcrafted, and made-to-order garments require custom hand embroidery and artisan weaving; these pieces ship within 2 to 4 weeks as indicated on the product detail page.

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are queued for processing on the next immediate working day.

We provide complimentary express shipping on all domestic orders across India via trusted courier partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery).

Estimated delivery timelines: Metro cities (2–4 business days), Non-metro cities & regional districts (4–7 business days).

For security and high-value insurance requirements, an OTP verification or signature may be required upon package handover.

We ship worldwide via premier international logistics carriers (DHL Express & FedEx) to over 50 countries.

International shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout based on shipment destination, volumetric weight, and package dimensions. Estimated delivery is 5 to 9 business days following dispatch.

Please note that customs duties, local taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

As soon as your shipment leaves our central atelier in New Delhi, an automated dispatch confirmation email and SMS containing your courier Airway Bill (AWB) and live tracking link will be sent to you.

You can track your package progress in real-time through the link provided or via your Vinteh̄g account dashboard.

Please ensure that your delivery address, landmark, PIN code, and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout.

If a parcel is returned to our atelier due to an incomplete address, wrong recipient details, or repeated failed delivery attempts by the courier, our care team will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Actual re-shipping costs will apply.

All Vinteh̄g Atelier shipments are fully insured against transit loss or damage until handed over to you.

If the outer package arrives visibly damaged, unsealed, or tampered with, please take photos prior to opening, decline to accept delivery if severely compromised, and write to hello@vintehg.in within 24 hours.
