Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship pieces are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (Monday through Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Made-to-order or custom-stitched pieces ship according to the tailored timeline indicated on the respective product page.

We provide complimentary insured shipping on all orders across India through trusted courier partners (e.g. Delhivery, BlueDart).

Estimated delivery timelines from dispatch:
• Within Gujarat: 2 – 3 business days.
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 3 – 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 – 7 business days.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times (5–9 business days after dispatch) are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Please note: Applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, a dispatch confirmation is sent via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp containing your unique tracking ID and real-time carrier link.

Please verify your complete shipping address and contact number before confirming your order. We are unable to alter delivery addresses once a parcel is dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, our team will reach out to coordinate re-shipment at actual cost.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, torn, or tampered with, please record a continuous unboxing video from start to finish and contact care@vinteg.in within 48 hours for immediate assistance.
